Generation Love accepts returns and exchanges on merchandise within 7 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please be aware that there are no returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items. We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item such as dry cleaning, washing or wear.
